She was born May 26, 1926, in OH to the late Stanley and Susan (Saliga) Spustek. She was a retired teacher and school counselor for Ohio County and Martins Ferry Schools. She was a member of Mountaineers for Responsible Government, and many other social groups. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. In additional to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Andrew Kafka and Her daughter, Peggy Marshall. Friends will be received Sunday, July 10, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Elm Grove Chapel, 154 Kruger Street, Wheeling. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, July 11, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Interment will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery in Blaine OH. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 2244 Marshall Ave., Wheeling WV 26003.
