EGGER, Frances Louise Brown Starr Ford, 91, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, formerly of Barnesville, Ohio, died Thursday, October 18, 2007, at the home of her son Cecil.

She was born April 7, 1916, a daughter of the late Howard and Olive Seabold Brown.

Frances worked at the former Hansleys Mills of Barnesville; and was a member of the Shady Lane First Baptist Church of Barnesville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Cecil Starr; second husband, Robert Ford; third husband, Kenneth Egger; a grandson, Bradley Starr; and sisters, Naomi McGhee and Lillian Ritchey.

Surviving are sons, Cecil (Marie) Starr of St. Clairsville and Bruce Starr of Bethesda; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received Sunday 4-7 p.m. at Kelly- Kemp-Braido Funeral Home, 702 East Main St., Barnesville, where services will be held Monday 11 a.m. with Pastor Rodney West officiating.

Burial in Crestview Cemetery, Barnesville, OH.
