  Dennis Brown dabrown29@aol.com daughter of George Adam Brown, my great grandfather, and Elizabetha Heim. DOD 9/22/1920 based on letter from a daughter of Frances Brown Traub to Madeline Statt dated Aug 24, 1955 which listed the children of George Brown and Elizabeth Heim. The typed date was Sept 20, 1920, which was changed to Sept 22, 1920. The letter described Barbara Brown Statt family life growing up as follows: "Your mother [Barbara Brown Statt] proved to be the housekeeper after my mother [Frances Brown Traub] and Aunt Mary [Mary Brown Schreck] married; Grandpa [George Brown], then married to his second wife [Magdalena Wittman Brown] sat at the head of the table with Grandma [Magdalena Wittman Brown] on his left and your mother [Barbara Brown Statt] sat at the other end and poured coffee from a large white pitcher; it was all sugared and creamed, the other children sat on either side. I can see the picture yet."
