Road, Wheeling, died Tuesday, April 19, 2005, in the Ohio Valley Medical Center.* He was born November 13, 1948, in Wheeling, W.Va., son of the late Harlen W., Sr. and Emma Richner Altman. Harlen was a U.S. Marine Vietnam Veteran and a Catholic by faith. Surviving are a son, Jeffrey Zann; a sister, Rosie DeSantis and her husband Frank; and a niece Stacie Dei and her husband, Todd, all of Wheeling.
