Mary Katherine Gotard Homemaker Mary Katherine Gotard, 90, of Rockville, formerly of Wheeling W.Va., died May 2 at Brooke Grove Nursing Home in Olney. Born in Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna Letzelter Poulton. She was the wife of the late Charles E. Gotard Jr. Mrs. Gotard was a homemaker and loved to care for her family. She played the piano and crocheted. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in College Park and also of the Christian Mothers Club. Mrs. Gotard is survived by two children, Charles E. Gotard Jr. and wife Joyce of Mt. Airy, and Catherine Anne Schmoll and husband John of Rockville; five grandchildren; a sister, Rita Kaib of Wheeling, W.Va.; and nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial was held May 5 at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Derwood. Interment was at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Aspen Hill. Muriel H.
