B2-3 Herman Spangler beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, friend and neighbor passed on to his eternal reward Friday morning, April 12, 2013. He was born, June 4, 1913 in Burkhart, Monroe County, Ohio to the late Theodore and Philomena (Kuhn) Spangler. He married Stella (Schumacher) on June 27, 1939 in St. Sylvester's Church, Woodsfield, Ohio. In 1941, he began working as line inspector at Timken Roller Bearing Co. in Canton. He later established Spangler Insurance and Real Estate Agency in 1955. Herman was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in North Canton where he participated in the initial Christ Renews His Parish and various service groups. He was a former member of St. Peter's in Canton and the Canton Real Estate Board. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Stella; his son, Paul; and his brothers, Carl, Lawrence, Clarence, Roman and John. He is survived by his children, grandchildren and great-children. . . . A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Monday at St. Paul Catholic Church, 241 South Main Street, North Canton, Ohio with Rev. Fr.
