Obituary: Robert Joseph Schehl, 61, of Caldwell R.D. 4, died at noon Friday (Jan. 28 1983) at Grant Hospital, Columbus. He was born March 27, 1921 in Stock Twp., Noble County, the son of the late Leo and Mary Crum Schehl. He was employed by Eastern Ohio Resource Development Center in Noble County. He was a member of St. Mary?s Catholic Church, Fulda and was a veteran of World War II. He leaves his wife, the former Thelma Gerst; one daughter, Mrs. James (Jane) Peters of Cambridge; three sons, Daniel of Caldwell R.D. 6, Jerry of Byesville R.D. 1 and Allan of Caldwell R.D. 4; 11 grandchildren, one brother, Ed Schehl of Caldwell, two sisters, Mrs. Perry (Helen) Noll of Williamstown, W. Va., and Mrs. Bernetta Leonard of Canton. Friends may call anytime Sunday at Estadt Funeral Home, Caldwell, where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. Mary?sCatholic Church by Msgr.
