Obit: DEATH OF GEORGE W. BAKERGeorge W. Baker, aged 80 years and 5 days, passed away early Saturday morning at his home on Wolf Pen Run. Mr Baker had been in ill health for some time but his death was unexpected.He leaves to morn his death, his wife, Mrs. Barbara Reishman Burkhart Baker; four daughters, Mrs. George Schneider and Mrs. Earl Hartshorn, of Woodsfield; Mrs. Clarence Norris, of Woodsfield Route 4, and Mrs. Clarence Williams, of Bellaire, and several grandchildren. Four step-children also survive, Mrs. Fred Kahrig, of Woodsfield Route 4, and Sylvester and Isadire Burkhart of the home.Funeral services were held at the Neuhart Ridge church this Monday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, Rev. Henry Fox in charge. Burial was made in the ajoining cemetery.
