She was born March 22, 1901 in Monroe County, the daughter of the late George and Barbara Reischman Baker.She was a member of the St. Paul's United Church of Christ of Woodsfield and a 50 year member of the American Legion Post 87 of Woodsfield.She was preceded in death by her husband, George H.Schneider March 19, 1977, also five sisters and two brothers.She is survived by one daughter Mrs. Francis (Arlene) Winland of Lewisville, six grandchildren, one great grandson; and one sister, Mrs. Marie Hartshorn.Friends were received at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home, Woodsfield, where services were held March 23, with Rev. Richard Wright of St. Paul's United Church of Christ officiating. Burial in Neuhart Cemetery, Route 4, Woodsfield. American Legion Auxiliary services were held Sunday evening at the funeral home.
