Elsie (Herr) Heinrich, 96January 15, 1912 - February 22, 2008Funeral services for Elsie Heinrich were held Monday, Feb. 25, 2008, at 1:30 p.m., at Emmanus Lutheran Church, Tripp, with the Rev. Richard Weeman officiating. Music was furnished by the congregation and Karen Conrad, organist.Interment was made in the Gracehill Cemetery with Goglin Funeral Home, Tripp, in charge of arrangements. Casketbearers were Delray Herr, Jim Bietz, John Schnabel, Scot Herr, Rick Bietz and Robert Schmidt.Elsie Heinrich was born on Monday, Jan. 15, 1912, in Tripp, to Frederick and Katherina (Hochhalter) Herr. She attended Tripp High School and worked as a dental assistant to Dr. Fioeke for many years.She was united in marriage to Walter Heinrich in December of 1931 in Tripp. She was a member of the Emmaus Lutheran Church and the Emmaus Lutheran Women.She died on Friday, Feb. 22, at the age of 96 years, one month and seven days.She is survived by a daughter, Belva (Melvin) Mikuska, Tripp; three grandchildren, Don, Barb and Chad; three great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Carley and Justin; two great-great-grandchildren, Chloe and Kia; and a brother, Elmer Herr, California.She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Heinrich; a son, Charles Heinrich in 1992; two brothers, Helmuth and Ruben; and two sisters, Esther and Bertha.
