He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 62 years, Bernice Elizabeth (Seadler). Bill was a WW11 veteran, serving from 1941-1944 in the U.S. Army and was a Purple Heart recipient. He retired in 1985 from Rudd Construction Equipment Co.. He is survived by his children, William, Jr. (Shirley), Carol Clark, Susan Vonnahme (Roger), and Joyce Edwards (Paul). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, Jason and Tony Hairgrove; Bill, Mike, and Greg Clark; Laura Stengel; Brian and Heather Vonnahme; Michelle Roberts and Cory Edwards. He was also blessed with 15 great-grandchildren. Bill was a humble man with a big heart and a lot of love and will be missed by many who loved him. Bill's funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM on Friday, December 11, 2015 at St. Stephen Martyr Catholic Church, 2931 Pindell Avenue at Hess Lane with burial to follow at St. Michael Cemetery.
