He married Velma Rouse Oct. 18, 1946, in Nashua.He was a veteran of World War II and had lived in Waterloo the past 29 years. He was a certified public accountant for Carney, Alexander Marold and Co., retiring in 1964.Survivors include a son, William Jr., of 1520 Byron, and a sister, Mrs. Fanny Graff, Louisville, Ky.Friends may call at O?Keefe and Town Funeral Home until 9 a.m. Tuesday.
