Bio: Arlene was born August 18, 1922 in Adrian, MI, reborn to eternal life on July 17, 2012. She is survived by a son, Robert (Sara); 3 grandchildren, Ethan (Jennifer) Like, Judy (John) Ahoe and Nathan Like; great grandson Rowan (he called her "great gram", and that was certainly true), plus nieces, nephews other family and friends. She finished the 9th grade in 1937, struggled through a national depression and a war, finally graduating in 1993 from high school. Fishing, boating, gardening, dancing and being with family and friends were always important whenever possible. Faith, family, a strong work ethic, an accomplished musician of organ and piano, a caring and compassionate friend, these were bedrock values she lived by all of her days. The Catholic church became her home in 2006, and gave her great joy and peace, and she passed away holding a rosary.She will be met in Heaven by her husband, LeRoy; two children Roy and Judy; and many family and friends. We pray for them, and they will for us. We sorrow for our loss, rejoice for her gain, and look with longing and anticipation to join her in the peace and friendship of Christ.Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday July 21, 2012 at St Catherine Laboure Church
