She was born May 5, 1937, in Gillham, AR.She is survived by three sons, Therrell "Bub" (Michelle) Schaefer of Prairie du Chien, WI, Eugene "Joker" (Sheri) Schaefer of St. Charles, and Kurt (Melinda) Schaefer of South Elgin; five daughters, Terry (Kenny) Thorn of St. Charles, Rovena Schaefer of St. Charles, Joyce (Mark) Phillips of Augusta, GA, Lynora (Tony Trovato) Schaefer of Warrenville, and Tanya (John) Ramsey of South Elgin; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren; one sister, Joyce (Lonnie) Burkett of Xenia, IL; two brothers, Therrell (Yvonne) O'Dell of St. Charles and David (Carol) O'Dell of St. Charles.She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene; parents, Frank and Nadine O'Dell; and two nephews, Leon and Kenny O'Dell.Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday at the Yurs Wittenberg Funeral Home, 1771 W. State Street (Rte. 38), Geneva. Captain Darren Spencer, officiating. Burial will be at Union Cemetery, St. Charles. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
