Born Aug. 14, 1957, in Fort Wayne, he was the son of Viola (Hosclaw) and john J. Hecke Sr. He was Produce Manager for Wal-Mart for three years. Surviving are his sons, Steven J. Hecke and Jeff M. Hecke; brother, David (Pamela) Hecke; sister, Theresa Ann Taulbe; brothers, John (Julia) Hecke and Gregg Hecke; granddaughter, Madison Hecke; six nephews; and one niece. Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Tuesday at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at C.M.
