Beverly Sue Remillong, age 79, a lifelong resident of Beach, North Dakota passed away Friday, May 29, 2015 at Glendive Medical Complex in Glendive, Montana. Friends and family may stop by with cards and to sign the guestbook from 9:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. on Thusday, June 4, 2015 or 9:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. on Friday, June 5, 2015. A private family service will be held at a later date. Silha Funeral Home of Beach has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Beverly was born on August 16, 1935 in Beach to Gloyd and Irene (Schouboe) Bury. As a child, she lived in the Alpha Community and attended the Hillside Country School through the eighth grade. Beverly attended freshman and sophomore years at Beach High School and graduated from the Golva High School in 1953. She then graduated from the St. Joseph’s Practical Nursing School in Dickinson, North Dakota in August of 1954 with a LPN degree.
On October 8, 1954 Beverly was united in marriage to Roland H. Remillong and lived on the 3V’s Ranch for the first six years and then moving to her parent’s farm. She loved the country life and believed it was a great place to raise a family.
Beverly Sue worked at the Golden Valley County Hospital for several years but her heart was with her work at Home on the Range. It was here that she worked for twenty nine years and was a foster parent for many years as well. She retired from Home on the Range in January of 2007.
Her children and grandchildren were her most precious people and she loved them dearly. Beverly was a caring, giving person who loved to visit and enjoyed her friends. She was very talented and enjoyed decorating, baking, crafts and spending time with her family.
Those that knew Beverly will remember her for her warmth, compassion, kind heart and generosity. Her smiles, love and laughter will always be cherished in our memories.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Gloyd and Irene Bury; her grandparents, Herman and Bertha Bury and Claude and Mabel Schouboe; a brother, Clarence Bury; her husband, Roland Remillong; and a daughter-in-law Rita Remilong.
She is survived by her sons, Lance Remillong of Aurora, Colorado, Lane Remillong of Aurora, Colorado, Wayne (fiancé Stephanie) Remillong of Taylorsville, Utah, Wade (Jaime) Remillong of Beach, North Dakota, Ward (Wendy) Remillong of Beach, North Dakota; two daughters, Linda Remillong of Bowman, North Dakota and Wanda (Jason) Schutz of Blackhawk, South Dakota; her brother, Maynard (Ardi) Bury of Kent, Washington; sixteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew.
