Birth: Jul. 10, 1929 Death: Nov. 2, 2016 Irene Doris Potts, 87, of Marshall, MO, died Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at Golden Oaks Assisted Living in rural Marshall. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 12, 2016, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. There will be no visitation. Inurnment will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Born July 10, 1929, near Sawyer, North Dakota, she was the daughter of the late Albert Beck and Martha Scheurer Beck. On August 22, 1990, in Ozark, MO, she married Robert Potts who preceded her in death on March 5, 1993. She lived in Marshall the last 25 years, moving from Hutchinson, KS, and attended Open Door Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Douglas Kent Reiswig of Velva, ND and Bradley Scott Reiswig of Marshall; one grandson, Jamey Reiswig; two brothers, George Beck and Albert Beck Jr. both of Velva, ND; five sisters, Evelyn Ironhawk of Hermiston, OR, Ruth Doak of Olathe, KS, Lorene Hammerschmidt and Doris Ollenburger both of Hutchinson, KS and Grace Vogt of Weatherford, OK; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Alma Lutes.
