Bluffton, Indiana News Banner Monday, October 19, 1964 - P2C5 Mrs. Ethel Crum Dies; Rites Held Services were held at 3:30 p.m. this afternoon at the H. Brown and Son Funeral Home in Warren for Mrs. Ethel M. Crum, 70, of Liberty Center, widow of James C. Crum, who died at 5:15 a.m. Saturday at the Wells County Hospital. Burial was in the Mossburg Cemetery. Mrs. Crum, a licensed practical nurse, was born June 24, 1894 at Waldron to Jacob and Florence Cutchall Hirt. Her marriage to James Crum took place July 30, 1912 in Indianapolis. He died in 1956. She was a member of the Baptist Church and the Rebekah Lodge at Liberty Center. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. James (Elnora) Young of Warren; a brother, Harry Hirt of Baraga, Mich.; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
