She was 83 years of age. A fourth generation San Franciscan. "Ting" to her family and friends, graduated from Miss Burke's School. She was married to the late Edward August Nicolaus, Jr., member of a pioneer Sacramento family, for 56 years. She was active in the Century Club of California. She is survived by her children, Edward A. Nicolaus III, Nancy Zacher and Patricia Raven; son-in-law Charles H. Raven III; grandchildren Peter, Kasey, Ted and Nicolaus Zacher and Ted, Jennifer and Charley Raven; sister Mary Meek; and brother St. George and sister-in-law Moira Holden. Proceeding her in death were her brother and sister-in-law Elsie and Angus Stewart "Bill" Holden and brother-in-law John B. Meek. Private interment will be in Sacramento. A memorial celebration will be held in Bolinas. The family requests donations to your favorite charity.
