[S927] Obituary. SINGER GEORGE R. "BOB" Age 80 of Champion Twp., OH, died Tuesday, February 3, 2004. He was born April 17, 1923 in North Braddock, PA, the son of George A. and Catherine Kettering Singer. He graduated from North Braddock High School and served for 3 years in the US Navy during WW 1 1 receiving the American Campaign Victory Medal and the Asiatic pacific medal with 2 stars. His wife, Mary Madeleine (Fisher) Singer whom he married June 23, 1947, preceded him in death July 28, 1999. He is survived by 3 daughters; Donna Gilbert of Orlando, F L, Georgia Scott of Champion Twp. and Antoinette (Richard) Ives of Niles; grandfather of four and great-grandfather of one; brother of Geraldine Kirsch of Tega Cav, SC. Funeral Mass 10 am Saturday, Feb. 7, 2004, St. William Church. Friends will be received from 6-8 pm Friday at ROBERT H. ROBERTS-CLARK MEMORIAL HOME and 1 half hour prior to the service at the church.
