Burial will be in Chestnut Ridge Cemetery. He died Tuesday at Fort Logan Hospital. Born March 1, 1936, in Lincoln County, he was the son of the late Arthur and Melissa Oaks. He was owner of Action Automotive Parts for 32 years and the widower of Wanda L. Oaks. Survivors include two sons, Randy Oaks and Bradley Oaks, both of Stanford; a daughter, Treva Tincher of Stanford; and five grandchildren. Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Thursday.
