Born in Hicksville, she retired from Yoder's Restaurant. Her husband, Paul Sr., died in 1996. Surviving are four daughters, Marjorie Osmun, Wanda Edwards and Sandy Edwards, all of Hicksville, and Judy Munsey of Butler, Ind.; four sons, Jeff of Wisconsin and Robert, Randall and Paul, all of Cincinnati; 23 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Donald Phillips of Jonesville, Mich., and John "Speck" Phillips of Hicksville; and a sister, Rayetta Stotler of Hicksville. Services at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Brown Funeral Home, Hicksville, with calling after 9 a.m. Calling also after 2 p.m. Tuesday, with an Eagles Auxiliary service at 8 p.m. Burial in Forest Home Cemetery, Hicksville.
