They lived in and around Bundenthal. My gr gr gr grandfather was Johannes Georg SCHAUDEL, born about 1823 in or around Bundenthal, died in Brooklyn, New York in 1879. He immigrated to New York City, USA in about 1856 with his wife Elisabeth WETZEL SCHAUDEL and children including my gr gr grandmother, Margaretha SCHAUDEL GROB (born in Bundenthal in Jul 1848, died in Brooklyn, New York 2 Mar 1920.
