WATERFORD — Eunice E. “Betty” Noll, 82, of Waterford died at 5:05 a.m. Tuesday (Feb. 19, 2008) at Marietta Memorial Hospital. 
 
She was born March 11, 1925, in Canton, Ohio, a daughter of Homer D. and Freda Heldman Covey. She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church and had been a member of the Marietta chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution for 36 years. She was a homemaker and a wonderful mother who was very active in her children’s education and activities and was very active in all kinds of community activities. 
 
On Feb. 18, 1950, she married John George Noll, who preceded her in death on Feb. 2, 1999. 
 
She is survived by one son, Francis Noll of Marietta; five daughters, Amilda Thompson and husband, Danny, of Gallipolis, Freda “Fritz” Neill and husband, Steven, of Waterford, Francine Noll of Waterford, Julie Jo Wright and husband, Albert, of Akron, and Shawna Burke and husband, Donald, of Waterford; 11 grandchildren, Skyler, Marcella, Jonah, Larry Jr., Nicole, Andrea, Wyatt, Tobi, Casey, Jacab, and Josie; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mildred Fry of Marietta and Joanne Johnston and husband, Jim, of Texas; two sisters-in-law, Donna Mae Crum and husband, Richard, of Whipple, and Alma McCauley and husband, Jim, of Massillon; a brother-in-law, Bob Bryant of Canton; and several nieces and nephews. 
 
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; grandson, John George Burke; and two sisters, Donna June Bryant and Grace Ann James. 
 
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Bernard Catholic Church with Monsignor Robert Kawa officiating. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery. A rosary service will be held at 8:30 p.m. Visitation is from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday at McCurdy Funeral Home, Beverly.
