She was born Jan. 5, 1914, in Park Falls. Her parents were John and Mary (Bruch) Heyel. She grew up and attended school in Park Falls, and then went to work at the Flambeau Paper Mill in Park Falls. She married Edward H. Weinberger Aug. 5, 1939, and became a homemaker. She also did the bookkeeping for her husband's Standard Oil Fuel Oil Co., until retiring in 1976. The couple moved to Medford in 1997. She was an avid reader and crossword puzzle solver, and enjoyed crocheting. She is survived by her husband; two sons, Edward J. (Kathleen) Weinberger of Iron River and Charles (Cheryl) Weinberger of Plymouth, MN; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Florence Hanns of Oconomowoc; and a brother, Arnold Heyel of Arizona. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter, Constance; and three sisters, Eleanor Reas, Loretta Ollerman and Regina Rehfeldt.
