  [S927] Obituary. Ruth Williams | Visit Guest Book March 2, 2005 Ruth K. Williams, 94, of Wilkes-Barre, died Wednesday at Hospice Care VNA, Heritage House in Wilkes-Barre. She was born in Wilkes-Barre, August 10, 1910, a daughter of the late David and Mary Laux Klinges. She was a graduate of Wilkes-Barre High School and a member of St. Nicholas Church, Wilkes-Barre. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, D. Ellsworth Williams, in 1972; a daughter, Joan M. Holthaus, June 2004; and a great-grandson, Sgt. Christopher Daniel, February 10, 2005; brothers, David Leon and Karl Klinges. She is survived by her daughter, Lois Woodring and husband, Joseph, South Hampton, New Jersey; son, Donald Williams and wife, Beth Ann of Wilkes-Barre; son-in-law, John Holthaus of Wilkes-Barre; 14 grandchildren and great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. A memorial Mass will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Nicholas Roman Catholic Church, Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be private. Family and friends are invited to pay respects at the church one hour before the Mass. Memorial contributions may be made to the Christopher Daniel Memorial Fund, 7 Sturdevant St., Wilkes-Barre or a charity of the donor's choice. Arrangements are by the Matthew T.
