| Sources | [S8] Information from an informant - Auskunft eines Informanten - Information d'un informateur. This completes my research on the extended family of Joh. Jacob Mandery
 (b:
1817). However, there are a few people in the Spring Grove plots that I

have not investigated yet. There are also two individuals that I can't
hook up into a family line. The site is down right now, so I will have
check into this at a later date.

Sometime during the week, Judy and I will go over what we have on Joh.
Jacob Mandery b: 1821). She has much more info than I do.

Children of Andrew Mandery and Kate Sein or Seim:

 1880 census ? Jacob (circa 1864), Katherine (circa 1867) and John C.
 (circa 1872)

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/M89S-PJS

There are two Jacob Mandery's close in age in census records. One was
born about 1864, and the other is the one in your db born about 1867. The
one in 1867 was married to Carrie Hoffmann per Judy's rsearch. (info for
 that family will follow shortly).

Census records show the Jacob from 1864, married to Elizabeth C. There is
only one census listing his dob as 1866, causing much confusion. Minus
parent information and dob's for both Jacob and Elizabeth, the only two
that come up show the marriage on Sept. 8, 1887. Elizabeth's maiden name
 was Cordes or Kordes.

 Marriage record:

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/XD8K-5HH

The 1900 census indicates that Jacob was born in May of 1864. Elizabeth
was born in Oct. of 1866. Children: Edna (Nov 1889), Laura (Oct 1893) and
 Andrew (Sept 1895)

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MM8Z-D11

The 1910 census states that they went from Cincinnati to Columbus. This
census lists Jacob's dob as 1866, but the kids names are the same:

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MLZT-5W1

Laura's exact DOB from Ohio births (Oct 22, 1893)

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/XXZR-B2J

I did not locate burials for Jacob or Elizabeth. However there are three
children buried in Spring Grove whose parents were Jacob and Lizzie.
Their birth info would coincide with the marriage information.

Annie Mandery lived for five hours and died on Jan. 9, 1889:

Stillborn child (no sex or name listed) date: Apr. 13, 1888:

 Katie E. survived 16 days (Dec., 6, 1891-Dec. 22, 1891):

From that, I was able to locate the marriage of Edna to Wilbur Sadler
 Allison on June 19, 1912:

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/X8WW-GYC

Edna and husband were found in Indiana. Using the 1940 census, to show
 children: Jane and Wilbur.

 Death of Edna (Nov, 1973):

 Death of husband (Aug. 1966):

I did not find additonal info on Laura.

Information on son, Andrew came from the following:

WWI draft card (dob Sept. 13, 1895)

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/K6FN-CSM

 California Deaths (July 19, 1965)

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/VP28-TRX

Marriage of Andrew to Edith Wilson (July 16, 1933)

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/K8F6-72J

Though he was listed as married in 1940, Edith was not in the household,
but there are Wilson names appearing above his:

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/K94C-YG5

This concludes information on Jacob Mandery.

The second child of Andrew and Kate was Catherine. I did not find any
 information on her.

Finally, the last of their children was John C. (Jan 11, 1872-Jan 2,
 1939)

 Here is what I found.

Will start off with his death info. However, note that it says he was
married to Tillie Raiser, so first wife must have died:

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/XZG8-B9Z

The 1920 and 1930 census records indicate that he was married to a Lena
(1920) and Helen (1930). I think that Helen and Lena are one and the same
person (dob coincides with both records) Son Harry's marriage record
indicates his mother's maiden name was Campbell:

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MDBP-BNP

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/X4W9-G5T

They had a son Harry that I located in the 1910 census, but his father
was listed as John E., rather than John C.:

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MLNS-XSN

I finally located Harry in the 1900 census (dob listed as April 1892):

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MM8K-4QK

This date disagrees with other vital records, such as:

WWI draft card (Oct 27, 1891):

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/K6FQ-5XV

WWII draft card (Oct 17, 1890)

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/X5WS-J2L

Harry's SSDI claims he was born on Oct 17, 1890. He died in Aug of 1972.

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/JRJZ-735

Harry married Florence Focke on July 18, 1912:

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/XD8M-NJW

The had a son Harry who was born prematurely in Dec. 1912. He did not
survive. You can't go with the dates on the transcript, as they have the
child being born in 1888. When you view the actual certificate, you will
see that he was born on Dec. 24, 1912, but died on Dec. 23. I think they
 reversed the dates.

 https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/X663-22L

They also had two other children per 1930 census (Helen and Caryl):
