Christina Landherr Rihm Birth: 4 Apr 1871 Nenno, Washington County, Wisconsin, USA Death: 8 Oct 1902 (aged 31) Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, USA Burial: Calvary Cemetery, Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, USA Memorial #: 99282647 Bio: From The Adams Review, 1902:Death of Mrs. Fred Rihm.Died, at St. Paul in St. Luke's hospital, Wednesday night at 11:45, October 8, 1902, of a lingering illness of nine weeks, Mrs. Fred Rihm.October 3rd, an operation was performed at her own home but she was compelled to go to the hospital where she underwent a second operation, after which she lived but two days.Her maiden name was Christena Landherr. She was born in Nenno, Washington Co., Wisconsin April 4, 1871. When but three years of age she came with her parents to Nevada township, Mower county.The first of May, 1889, she was married to Frederick Rihm, at that time teacher and organist in Johnsburg. The same year they went to St. Paul where Mr. Rihm went into the grocery business, in which occupation he has been engaged for the past twelve years.Deceased leaves a beloved husband, one son twelve years of age, an aged father and mother, six sisters and six brothers, and a large circle of friends.She was the second oldest of thirteen children and the first to break the family circle. The funeral took place Saturday morning October 11th, from her late home 1136 Rice street, at the St. Bernard Catholic church, Rev. Fathers Onklin, Yung, Kassen and Sullivan officiating. Interment in the St. Paul cemetery.
