  [S927] Obituary. Marcus Morrell Marcus M. Morrell, 64, Fridley, Minn., was called home by the Lord on Feb. 7, 2007, after a long illness. Services were held on Feb. 10 at Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids, Minn., with the Rev. Bill Steinke officiating. Private interment was held. Marcus was born April 22, 1942, in St. Anthony to Martin and Eva (Schaff) Morrell. He worked at Perkins in Vadnais Heights, Minn. The Perkins restaurant put the flag at half staff and put on a free lunch in his honor. Many thanks to Mark T. Cory, chief financial officer at Perkins. He is survived by his wife, Joyce (Kerr) Morrell, Fridley; two sisters, Betty Leib, Blaine, Minn., and Lorraine Klein, Mandan; and four brothers, Stephen (Joanne) Morrell, Bismarck, Lawrence (Vivian) Morrell, Isanti, Minn., Peter (Helen) Morrell, Milbank, S.D., and Nick (Leola) Morrell, Torrington, Wyo. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Phillip Morrell and Anton Morrell; and one sister, Pauline Morrell.
