Her entire life was spent in the vicinity of her birth, where her friends were numbered by all who knew her. December 24, 1910, she was united in marriage to Frederick G. Whitehead. To this union were born two children, Lena, aged 4 years and Hazel, aged two years. Those together with her husband, her parents, three brothers, four sisters and a number of other relatives survive to mourn their loss. Her death is a shock to the entire community where she is known and will be long remembered as a loving daughter, a faithful wife, a kind neighbor, and friend. The sympathy of all who knew her goes out without measure to those who are thus so suddenly bereft of a loved one.
