  [S927] Obituary. NORTON ? Clyde W. Schramm, 78, of Norton passed away Thursday, (Feb. 1, 2007), in the Hospice Care Center in Copley. He was born Aug. 22, 1928, in Washington County, Ohio, to the late Frank and Rosanna Hayes Schramm. Clyde was a life member of the VFW Post 3383 and Turkeyfoot Sportsman?s Club. He proudly served his country as an Army veteran. Clyde retired from Ohio Edison in 1989 following 42 years of service. Clyde is survived by his devoted wife, Sara Fridley Schramm; two daughters, Debi Schramm and Lori (Dean) Spatholt; brother, Earl (Jean) Schramm; sisters, Jean Diller, Grace (Fred) Schneeberger, and June (Raymond) Schneeberger; and two grandsons, Gregory Spatholt and Russell Spatholt. Cremation and private services for the family have already taken place. A memorial service to celebrate Clyde?s life was held Saturday at the VFW Post 3383, Akron, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice Education Fund, 3358 Ridgewood Road, Akron, Ohio 44333. In keeping with his wishes, Clyde?s arrangements were entrusted to the Heritage Cremation Society.
