MRS. LAURA DOHERTY Mrs. Laura Doherty, 68 years old, former Ottumwan, died in her home, 724 Fortieth Street, Des Moines, at 5:30 this morning. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Fred Gilbert of Ottumwa. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 1:30 p.m. from the Lester Jay Funeral Home in charge of the Rev. A. A. Heath, D. D., pastor of the Main Street Methodist Episcopal church. Pallbearers will be Clyde Pickett, Sid Yoemans, William Ketcham, Godfrey Saylor, E. E. Pixley and Frank Rowland.
