Andrew Miller's obituary appeared in the Zanesville Times Recorder, pg 2 B , 20 Dec 1967 
Andrew A. Miller, 39, of Caldwell Route 1, a carpenter 
employed by Lahue Construction Company, died at 3 a.m. 
Tuesday at Good Samaritan Hospital. He had been ill 
since May with leukemia. He was born Dec 23, 1927 in 
Noble County, a son of Margaret Warner Miller and the 
late Alex Miller. 
Mr. Miller was co-owner of Herlan Inn near Caldwell 
on Route 78. He was a veteran of World War II, a member 
of St. Stephen's Catholic Church at Caldwell and the Frater- 
nal Order of Eagles at Belle Valley. He is survived by his 
widow, Joan; his mother of Caldwell; two sisters, Mrs. Nola 
Nau of Wooster and Mrs. Dorothy Russell of Ravenna; two 
brothers, Ralph and Gerald, both of Caldwell. 
Requiem high mass will be concelebrated at 9 a.m. Friday 
at St. Stephens Catholic Church by Father Stephen Pekalla 
and Father Joseph Finan. Burial will be in Mount Olive Cem- 
etery at Caldwell where military rites will be conducted by the 
Caldwell Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Summerfield 
American Legion Post. 
Friends may call at Brubach Funeral Home at Summerfield 
2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. The body will then be taken to 
Murphy Funeral Home at Caldwell where friends may call 
2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m Thursday and where the Rosary will be 
recited at 8 p.m. Thursday.
