Birth: Sep. 29, 1915 Bourbon County Kentucky, USA Death: Sep. 14, 2000 Augusta Bracken County Kentucky, USA EMMA FRANCES STROUD Emma Frances Stroud, 84, of Augusta, died Thursday at Augusta Health Care Center. She was a retired employee of Dr. Scholl's Co., Falmouth, and a member of Augusta Baptist Church. Husbands, George Jordan and Oscar Stroud, both preceded her in death. Survivors include sons, Junior Stroud of Augusta and Elmer Earl Jordan of Oregon; daughters, Barbara Poe of Frankfort and Betty Manley of Maysville; a brother, Roy Reed of Foster; half-sisters, Susie Strough and Margie Stewart, both of Florence, and Rosie Allender of Foster; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Metcalfe-Hennessey Funeral Home, Augusta. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lennoxburg Cemetery.
