Born June 20, 1927, in Shelby County, he was the son of Edward and Matilda (Miller) Runnebohm. Married Alberta Ernestes on Nov. 19, 1949, and she preceded him in death on July 2, 1972. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Anthony (Paula) Leap of Flat Rock, Joan McKinzie of St. Paul and Mrs. Mark (Julie) Eaton of Indianapolis; three sons, Mike E. Runnebohm and Tim Runnebohm, both of Shelbyville, and Joe F. Runnebohm of Flat Rock; two sisters, Mrs. Richard (Kathryn) Marshall and Ruth Schaf, both of Shelbyville; one brother, Ray Runnebohm of Shelbyville; three daughters-in-law, Terri Runnebohm and Dawn Runnebohm, both of Shelbyville, and Jackie Runnebohm of Flat Rock; one sister-in-law, Sandy Runnebohm of Shelbyville; and 15 grandchildren. Preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. Lifelong farmer in Shelby County. Member of St. Vincent Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus. Funeral services St. Vincent Catholic Church, with Father Paul Landwerlen officiating. Burial St. Vincent Catholic Cemetery in Shelby County. Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S.
