He is the son of the late Elmer R. and the late Helen (Mason) Shelley. He married Arlene Glinsboeckel. Beloved husband of Arlene (Glinsboeckel); father of Bonnie Nieman, Dennis (Perri Ann) Shelley; and Leanne Fiegl; grandfather of Taylor Shelley and Ryan Fiegl; Brother of Joyce (Carmine) Pagano; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
