Her parents were James Paul Wilson and Fern Staten. Dianne was a cost accountant at Ford Motor Company for 27 years. She served on the Southport City Council for eight years. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeff Blankenship. Survivors include her husband, Bob Nieten; and grandchildren, Breanne K., Cameron, and Caden Blankenship. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, February 25 at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Avenue, with calling there from 11 a.m. until the time of service. She will be laid to rest in Round Hill Cemetery.
