Weaver, 80, a retired carpenter, died at 8 a.m. Thursday at his home in Louisville. A native of St. Meinrad, he moved to Louisville 57 years ago and for 30 years before his retirement in 1941, he worked for various contractors. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Viona R. Weaver, three daughters, Mrs. Edward Gettelfinger, Palmyra; Mrs. Herman G. Gettelfinger, Bradford and Mrs. Jacob J. Daus; a brother, Pete Weaver, Terre Haute; three sisters, Mrs. Frank Henrich, Murphysboro, Ill.; Mrs. J. J. Bates, Indianapolis; Mrs. J. J. Christofferson, British Columbia, Canada; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held last Saturday morning at nine o'clock at Holy Spirit Church in Louisville.
