Perhaps Weber was the original surname and changed to Weaver. The death record does show the father as Allen Weaver. The think is, that I can't figure out if "Frank" the deceased if Clarence or James because their birth dates are messed up in the census and it states that Clarence was born in Jan, not June and James in Nov. What do you think?
