  [S927] Obituary. Coss, James W. Coss Source: The Canton [Ohio] Repository; 12 Sep 1983 COSS JAMES W. SR., age 56, of 7944 Georgetown Rd., Louisville, passed away early Sunday in Aultman Hospital following an extended illness. Born in Barnesville, he resided in the Canton area the past 32 years. He attended the Mt. Taber United Methodist Church and was employed by Matlack, Inc. He served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. Survived by his wife, Marcella of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Dennis (Kathy) Petrack and Mrs. John (Lisa) Adams, both of Canton; two sons, James, Jr. and John, both of Louisville; three grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Catherine Martin of Canton, Mrs. Ruth Palmer of St. Clairsville, Mrs. Sarah Hickenbottom of Kimbolton and Mrs. Martha Allison of Scottdale, PA; one brother, Charles Coss of Uhrichsville. Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home, East Canton, with Rev. Lester Griffith officiating. Burial in Evergreen Park Cemetery.
