  [S927] Obituary. Lawrence G. Lisk Lawrence G. Lisk (Curley) 83, of Apple Creek, died Monday morning Sept. 5 [1988] at his residence after a lengthy illness. Services will be at Bauer & Turner Funeral Home in Woodsfield. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery in Lewisville. He was born in Rinard Mills in 1904 to Mathias and Ida Mae Smith Lisk and was married for 33 years to Freda Stauch Dillon, who survives. He was employed at Wheeling Steel Co. in Martin's Ferry from 1925-42 and for five years at the Pa. railroad. In 1970 he retired from the Canton Drop Forge Co. after 20 years of service. Surviving son - Donald of Sardis; Stepson [should be stepchildren] Charles W. Dillon & Phyllis Kinney of Apple Creek; sisters ? Minnie Weber, Dessie Pollock. Three brothers - Roy, Cecil - Harry & Edna Steed deceased." [I could not tell which are deceased?]
