She was born Nov. 30, 1898, in Woodsfield, a daughter of the late Clifford and Martha Moose. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Homer Ricer; her second husband, Arthur Baker; two daughters, Virginia Buzzard and Martha Boggs; two brothers, Bill and Flenn Moose; and five sisters, Jennie, Elvy, Muta, Thelma and Helen Moose. She was a homemaker and Methodist by faith. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Ted (Patricia) Miller of Wintersville, Mrs. Junior (Joan) Truax of Woodsfield, Betty Buelich of Monroe, N.C., and Mrs. Edward (Margaret) Kessler of Wellston, Ohio; 18 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren. Calling hours are from 7-9 p.m. today at the Steel and Wolfe Funeral Home, 3721 Main St., where services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Michael Shuman officiating. Interment will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
