Alfred V. Schoeppner, 63, of 210 Bryan Drive, died approximately 8 a.m.
Friday, Nov. 6, 1987, at his home after an apparent heart attack. A retired
employee of the Mosaic Tile Company and Newark Air Force Station, Mr.
Schoeppner was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic church and Disabled
American Veterans. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
He was born Jan. 19, 1924 in Fulda, son of the late Beda George Schoeppner
and Marilla Blackstone Schoeppner of Cumberland.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Florence Noll Schoep-
pner, whom he married April 17, 1948; two daughters, Diane Schoeppner of
Zanesville and Mrs. Richard (Beverly) Annibaldi of Dublin; one son, Kenneth
V. Schoeppner of Kingwood, Texas; three sisters, Mrs. Andrew (Eileen) Kachilla,
Mrs. James (Pauline) Phipps, both of Cumberland, and Mrs. George (Virginia)
Brier of Caldwell; one brother, James Schoeppner of
