Dorothy M. Wilson,63,402 S. Broadway,died at 9:30 a.m. Thursday(Feb.8,1990)at Huntington Memorial Hospital. She had been ill 1 1/2 years.
Mrs. Wilson was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
She was born July 16,1927 in Huntington County,a daughter of Paul and Virgilia Karst Zahm. Her first marriage was on Jan.5,1947 to Ralph E. Jennings,who died Nov.12,1967. Her second marriage was on June 1,1968 to Lloyd "Jack" D. Wilson,who survives.
Additional survivors include three sons:Thomas Jennings,Michael Jennings,and James Jennings,all of Huntington;two daughters:Mrs. James(Rita)Michel,Huntington and Teresa Jennings,Indianapolis:two stepsons:Douglas Wilson,Rome City and Donald E. Wilson,Huntington,a stepdaughter,Mrs. Ted(Janet)McElhaney,Huntington;a brother Paul Zahm Jr.,Huntington;two sisters:Mrs. Martin(Mary)Kreider and Mrs John(Ann)Crumpacker,both of Huntington;23 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A brother,Leo Zahm,is deceased.
Calling hours are from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Hart Funeral Home,where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church,with Father Ron Rieder officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Preferred memorials are contributions to the Huntington County Cancer Society or to SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
