She was born June 27, 1919 in Woodsfield, Ohio, daughter of the late Louis Christman and Ida Christman. She was the owner/operator of Hamilton Taxi and was a Lutheran by faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Homer “Okey” Hamilton; a son, Homer Hamilton; three brothers, Roy, Nova and Walter Christman. Surviving are her son, Carl Hamilton and his wife, Penny of Wellsburg, W.Va.; her daughter, Martha Dyer of Follansbee, W.Va; two brothers, John Christman of Akron, Ohio and Clayton Christman of Woodsfield, Ohio; six grandchildren; 12 great-grand- children; three great-great-grandchildren. Visitation Friday, February 10, 2006 6-8 p.m. at Reasner Funeral Home, 1515 Charles Street, Wellsburg, WV where services will be held Saturday, February 11, 2006 at 2 p.m. Interment Parkview Memorial Cemetery, Wheeling, WV.
