I hope you both are well and thriving. You did so much incredible work on the Project, to get it over the 100,000 mark - I hope you are taking off some well-deserved time, and realize you probable are just doing something else!

I may have mentioned to you in the past that I have some possible information on a family member of Theresa Bartholomé: A man named Philippe Bartholomé of Baden emigrated to the United States on the same ship (Samuel M. Fox, arrived in New York on Nov 10, 1852) as Anton Seibert (brother of Caspar Melchior Balthasar Seibert, my ancestor). Who was Philippe Bartholomé? I believe he most likely was a brother to Theresa, with my conclusion being based on the fact that the 1850 Rochester, NY census shows a couple name Theresa and "Andrew" (Andreas, of course) Wegman(n) living next to "Ball and Margaret Siver" (Balsar and Margaretha Seibert). Circumstantially it appears that Theresa Wegmann and Margaretha Seibert were sisters-in-law, and each of them suggested to their respective brothers, Philippe in Königsheim, Baden, and Anton in Birkenhördt, that the other might be able to serve as a travel partner when crossing the Atlantic to go to Rochester. Whether this information is of any importance to you, I don't know, but since this information is not in your impressive database, I wanted to provide it to you. (But I certainly won't feel slighted if you leave this out of the database!) I know however of no way of confirming the brother-sister relationship between Philippe and Theresa.
