She was born December 14, 1928 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Merrill and Malena (Schurr) Kanline. Surviving are two sons David C. Jones (Debra) of Glenwillard; and Scott E. Jones (Katherine) of Cranberry Twp.; two daughters Janis Thomas (David) of Bulger and Linda Jones-Carter (Robert) of Burgettstown; seven grandchildren; two great- grandchildren; two sisters Ruth Logan of Deltona Beach, FL, and Marion Meszaros of Hamilton, NJ. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles M. Jones, Jr.; two brothers Merrill A. and William Kanline; and one sister Elizabeth Aird. Friends may call on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8PM in the LEE & MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 73 Highland Avenue, Burgettstown. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11AM on Monday, March 30, in Our lady of Lourdes RC Church in Burgettstown. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in her memory to Family Hospice and Palliative Care, 50 Moffett Street, Pgh, PA 15243.
