Patterson Street, Carey, OH, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, Carey, Ohio, the Rev. Roger Giese officiating. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery, Carey, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Monday, April 10, 2006 at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, Carey. Mrs. Wenner died at 10:58 p.m. Friday, April 7, 2006 at Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center, Findlay, Ohio. She was born November 3, 1921 in Syracuse, Indiana, to John H. and Emma (Rentfro) Snowbarger, and they preceded her in death. She married Dr. H.R. Wenner August 31, 1940, and he died June 15, 2001. Survivors include two daughters; Mrs. John (Tacy) Raymaley of East Tawas, MI; and Mrs. Ron (Cassandra) Kromer of Carey; five grandchildren; Craig Raymaley, Kristina Boes, Courtney Jones, Wendy Raymaley and Brandon Kromer; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Fred Snowbarger of Carey; and one sister, Shirley Caudill of Carey. She was also preceded in death by two sisters; Virginia Stombaugh and Martha Miller. Mrs. Wenner was a homemaker and assisted her husband with his veterinary practice for many years. She was a member of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, Carey, and was a former member of the Carey Women's Club and the Ohio Arts and Crafts Guild.
