She is survived by her husband, Ken; two sons, Dan (Becky), and Kevin; mother, Mary Ellen (Ray) Miezwa; brother-in-law, David; numerous relatives and friends. She was preded in death by her father, Thomas Maczka; and two sisters who died in infancy, Mary Michelle and Mary Beth Maczka.
