Jean E. Gulling age 80, passed away Wednesday
March 23, 2005 at the Massillon community Hospital. Jean
was born December 1, 1924 in Canton to the late Joseph
and Esther (Dages) Locker. She was a 1942 graduate of
Mt. Marie Academy and married Robert L. Gulling in 1947.
They raised their family in Canton and moved to Bucyrus,
Ohio, in 1971. In Bucyrus she was a member of Holy Trinity
Catholic Church, and past president of the Altar Society. In
addition she was a former member of Twig #5, and the
Crawford County Homemakers.
In addition to her parents a brother, Dick Locker
preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband,
Robert L. Gulling with whom she would have shared 58
years of marriage on June 14; children and spouses, Susan
and David Harding of Massillon, Julie and Bill Brennan of
Dunedin, FL, Barbara and David Musgrave of Kettering,
Ohio, Timothy and Kim Gulling of Bucyrus, Ohio; sister, Dorothy
Mosser of Canton, Ohio; grandchildren, Jessica Harding, Jar-
rod Harding, Damien (Kerri) Garner, Isaac (fiancee Mara
Schemel) Garner, Rachel Garner, Theresa Garner, Derek
Musgrave, Meghan Musgrave, Brett Musgrave, Nicole
Gulling and Cody Gulling.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday
at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Massillon, Fr. Raymond
Paul will officiate. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
There are no calling hours. The family would
appreciate contributions to the Memorial Fund at Holy
